"Yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth. After all, we brought nothing with us when we came into the world, and we can’t take anything with us when we leave it. So if we have enough food and clothing, let us be content.” 1 Timothy 6:6-8
Godliness combined with contentment is a powerful tool when made manifest in a Christian. Having great financial resources is not a bad thing in and of itself. It is when being financially wealthy matters more than being Godly that you have a serious problem. Financial resources should be a tool to bring glory to God. Real wealth in someone’s life is this combination of Godliness and contentment regardless of how much money you have. When you are walking in the ways of the Lord and you are content in whatever you have, you are an unstoppable force for the Kingdom work.
